CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of WebMento.com. You may submit your cancellation requests by email, fax and/or direct mail or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of WebMento.com will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
100% Money will be refunded to customer if the project is being cancelled within 15 days of purchase. We have no question asked refund policies for first 15 days. In case client initiate refund after 15 days he/she will have to drop email to support@WebMento.com and based on mutual agreement we will initiate full or partial refund to the client.
WebMento.com has created this refund policy to
1. Describe the circumstances when "WebMento.com" will issue a refund,
2. The process for claiming a refund against an order and
3. The liabilities of "WebMento.com" related to a transaction ending in a refund claim.
Coverage & Scope
This refund policy covers "WebMento.com" treatment of refunds by "WebMento.com" This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that "WebMento.com" does not own or control, or of persons that "WebMento.com" does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which WebMento.com websites link.
Filing a complain
We strongly believe that every project is initiated with a goal to get a specific service and/or product. Refund is a last resort that you may like to take when things are absolutely not working out and you have made all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution.
Therefore we will like to understand if we can reach an amicable and mutually acceptable solution. If you are dissatisfied for any reason which has initiated to file a refund claim, please take out some time and write to us at support@WebMento.com to initiate a dialog before claiming a refund.
Every refund claim must only be filed if the mutual settlement process fails or if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
Eligibility for refund
WebMento.com takes every project (based on the service and / or product and/or online training) very seriously and ensure that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if you are not happy with the outcome you can drop an email with the copy of your order number (generated while placing the order) with the reason why you need to refund.
We process 100% refund for the sold packages for 30 days of time frame. If you have exceed 30 days of time frame in that case we do not guarantee for full or partial refund however we have 15 days of grace period to file dispute by sending email to dispute@WebMento.com with the time of your availability for at least 3 days. Our representative will get back to you to discuss the whole scenario. This is our approach to make sure we have 100% of client satisfaction. Dispute may take upto 7 working days to short out and see if client is applicable for full or partial refund.
